Penguins claim F O'Reilly off re-entry waivers

02/01/2012 - Toronto, ON (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - The Pittsburgh Penguins claimed forward Cal O'Reilly off of re-entry waivers from the Phoenix Coyotes on Wednesday.

The 25-year-old has registered two goals and four assists in 27 combined games with Nashville and Phoenix this season. The Predators dealt him to the Coyotes on October 28 for a 2012 fourth-round draft pick.

O'Reilly has totaled 13 goals and 40 points in 107 career games.

His younger brother, Ryan, leads the Colorado Avalanche in points this season.
